Cork, one of the planet's greatest renewable resources. The bark of the cork tree is harvested every 9-10 years without damaging the tree. Harvesting the bark prolongs the life of these trees which can live for over 200 years. Cork forests are not only great carbon sinks but they also play host to a wide range of biodiversity.
